Vodafone India — charged extra in billing

I am a vodafone postpaid customer. Last month i upgrade my plan to 499 plan.
That time i received a waiver of rs. 117 which they shown in current bill as adjusted but they also added rs. 263 + tax as adjustment charges.
For same to ask i raised a complaint to vodafone support team using their chat room on 22nd of august 2019. On that complaint they replied that "issue will get resolved in 24 hrs". Which is won't happened, so i contact them again twice they said it will get resolved dont worry.

Today on 28th august 2019, when i checked status of that complaint i found that without any solution they have marked that complaint closed.

Is this a way vodafone work?
If someone ask them to start new service they do it immediately because they are getting money, but if someone asked for wrongly charged money they won't bother it, they just neglect it.

Shame on you guys, shame on saying world's leading telecom service provider.
