[Resolved] Vodafone India — Charged high for not used data amount of 10000 | |||
I am using vodafone for past 1.5 years, I got a high bill of 10000 For data usage which I was never used. I normally get 700 to 900 max in every month bill this month I got a huge amount as bill this looks like they is some wrong went. I need this to be resolved. for selling a vodafone post paid sim agent will come and help you in all the way. After taking the sim if customer get an issue he need to go to nearest Vodafone center and request for the help.
It is like sold the Sim business is done, if issue come customer need to take all the pain to get it solved. LOL

They are saying like our system will not give wrong information. I asked them about details for that particular usage they are not giving.
Its a fraud, they started imposing this 2gb data soon after my 1 GB data completion. Someone please help me in this issue.
No proper customer support. I am not ready to pay any amount for which I have not used.
