Vodafone India — Charged me even after paying all dues before converting from postpaid to prepaid | |||
I went to customer support center fro converting postpaid to prepaid and there i cleared all the dues and my number got converted but next month i got bill for postpaid connection, i tried contacting vodafone customer representatives but to no avail, so i wrote a mail and got only automatic response that they will contact me in 1 day, and i have written mails multiple times but they do not even care to contact. And all i have been asking from them is to explain me why was i charged and they have got no time even for that. Finally i have decided to switch to other network as there is no hope left of knowing why i was charged and i don't want to fall into such situation again. I request you all to give up vodafone connection as they are only money minded people, money is all they care about and do not even want to explain why they charge the amount to their customers.
