[Resolved] Vodafone India — Charging its customers by Unfair means | |||
I am Gagandeep Gupta and i am writing here to highlight that Vodafone India is charging its users by unfair and unethical ways. I am a postpaid user and bought Unlimited 3G Data Plan (650 Rs) which clearly says that after 3GB usage my speed will reduce but i wont be charged. Vodafone india is saying me to pay 250 Rs over and above the Plan.I have already written to vodafone india FB page but they are still not trying to understand my problem. Their sales person told me while selling this plan that this is the unlimited plan and now these are saying that my plan was not unlimited in 650 Rs. there are people on this forum that rate vodafone complains with 1 star so it becomes unheard. And vodafone continues to scam people
