Vodafone India — cheated by charging in spite of not using...I have proofs | |||
Myself satish being Vodafone user with number 96******43 have been heavily chated for around 6K INR for non usage. They did not wavie of inspite of me giving proofs. 1. They charged me for 3KB for every 15 mins for 23 hours for 30 days. Their bill shows it clearly. How come some one can use exactly 3KB after every 15 mins for 24 hours a day for 30 days without even sleeping. I got doubt if there was international data roaming on and if there was some app running behind. When i checked my international roaming was always off it was never turned on even once also. I asked them this question like how can one consume exactly like this. But still they force me to pay 2. They dont have international toll free number or europe toll free customer care number or even minimal charge europe customer care number and they ask us to call india number for which again we are charged. 3. Point 2 is still fine, i asked them to call me on my international number for which also they are not ready they said they will call only on india number. I said ok for that also. I told them i will receive u r customer care call on india number but wavie me off that fee atleast for which also they are not ready So summarry no international toll free number for us to call, they wont call on our international number and they wont wavie off call charges if we have received customer care calls. apart from all these they will keep charging you when your mobile is off also and they will charge you.
