I have paid a due of rs.980/- on 13th of this month against my mobile number [protected] after getting confirmation from the above store (Mr. Mahesh - [protected]) that my above sim will be activated within 4 hours of pending payment and he had given me new sim. I believed on the store and his words.
Now even after of 48 hours of bill payment the sim is not yet activated.
Yesterday when i visited the showroom, they told that everything is ok and the new sim will be activated within another 4 hours. Believing their words, i returned to my home.
Today, as it was not activated till now, i visited the store again and now they are saying that they are not sure of the activation period, and may take long time and they are not sure of getting the same number. As per them only 50% chance is there to get the same number.
As i have some personnel affection with the above number i checked with the store and as per their confirmation only i have paid the due amount. Now i have lost my money, my preferred number and my salary for the last 3 days. I cannot take another leave as i am holding a managerial post in a reputed firm.
Considering the above facts, i request you to respond to this complaint on emergency as i don't want to spend more time on this, but to go for a consumer complaint.
