Sir, It is to inform you that I have applied for a new Vodafone pre-paid connection on dated 04/09/2014 against vodafone mobile number [protected]. I called to customer care at toll no. 117 on dated 05/09/2014 and they inform me that your name and address is not the same the documents which you have given us. I called several times, but they are not listening me and their behaviour is very bad with the customer. How they have changed my name, father's name, address and my ID and address proof, which I have mentioned in new connection form with documents ?
