[Resolved] Vodafone India — Cheating/Poor customer service | |||
Hi Team, Again I became a victim of cheating and poor customer service. Last month I had recharge twice of 27 due to miscommunication, but when i got to know I asked them for one 27 reversal, and they said it will be credited but it did not happened and then I have called 3-4 times and have received the same reply and immediately disconnected the call but did not get credited and instead blocked me to them again. Really very poor customer service these mobile service providers are now days providing. Sometimes they deduct the balance from the account and if we call them they says they have a certain limit and cannot be refunded the full amount even though they accept the error made from their end. Thanks so much for resolving this issue quickly. The money may be very small, but customer should be a victim of such things. They promise to provide good service but still such things are happening to many customers. Hope this service providers will start learning of this.
