Vodafone India — Close connection | |||
I purchase broadband connection from vadafone store ANAND, Gujarat. While purchasing first time I submitted my all documents. I used this number as for broadband purpose only. It was working well for first month and half month then after. I did purchase on date 15-jun-2014 and it was working till in first week of August. Then after it suddenly stop working. When I called to customer care they suggest me that it is because of document verification. Although they have my document which I gave while purchasing then why again I have to west my time to go vodafone store and submit again my documents. I paid advance rental which is 2865 INR and my connection not working since last 15 days with our giving me any intimation they stopped my connection. When I asked should I get rebate for this 15 days then they are not agree on it. I have gave my document and also paid my bill in advance then why should I not able to get my 15 days rebate. Please take my complain and take care of it so no other customer suffer like me because of their non-sense policies.
