Vodafone India — commercial sms and calls not stop

Request to pls pls arrange to stop trading sms and calls,
That i hv received on my numbers.
I already requested via call on customer care, sms, online, my vodafone live chat and three time personally visited at your hisar main office.
But problem is still not resolve.
Can u help me???
