Vodafone India — complain about false recharge scheme msg | |||||
I am a Vodafone customer for past 3/4yrs. Today I have faced a problem which has really forced me to think whether to continue with this network or not. I received a msg from Vodafone service provider regarding Rs. 109.00 recharge, the screenshot of the same I have attached. Unfortunately I have received a talk time of Rs.89.37 instead of the given details in the msg. Hoping for a prompt response with a positive solution.
