Vodafone India — complaining about recharge of rs.349 unlimited calls and 1gb per day data pack which got expired within 3 days. | |||
I have made a recharge of rs 349 for unlimited calls & 1gb per day data pack for my vodafone number on 27th jul'17. But today on 31st jul'17 the data pack & calls pack is been expired. When i called the customer care of vodafone they have entertained me very politely but not at all helped me in realty. They have just blocked my number to not to divert my call to customer service executive. I am trying to call customer care but the option to speak to customer care executive i. E. 9 is been disabled. I just got irritated with this. The company is giving false offers on there sites. We do recharges as per there offers however the actual picture is different. They are not providing the service which they mention on there sites. With this incident i will never suggest vodafone serice to anybody & also close all my family member vodafone cards. Hi, my Vodafone no is [protected]. I have a lot of complaints but I couldn't complain since I am not able to change my language from kanada. This is [censored].if you guys will not solve it I will portable my number
