[Resolved] Vodafone India — complaining about vodafone customer care | |||||
I called customer care to know about my offer exclusively for data+ calls monthly pack. They said rs. $449 offer pack is available and i recharged for the same amount. But the offer is applicable so it got reflected as normal recharge in my main balance. Without knowing this i started using my data. For that they deducted rs.150. After this incident i tried to reach customer care for 5 to 6 times. First timer they said will try redeem the amount which is deducted as tax. I asked for request number which he raised suddenly he dropped the call. Then again i called them to know whether the request has been raised or not, asked me to wait for 20 mins then dropped the call. I tried to register the complaint, after giving complaint number dropped the call while talking. And as a lady try i called them again, what is the solution for this and one girl named divya barathi from vodafone chennai picked the call and said she will follow up and give a call back for me.
