Vodafone India — complaint about bill | |
I have sent complaint mail and getting advertisements only in reply. Is this the you people service and help customers. F — forwarded message — From: "nitin ranpuriya" Date: 15 jun 2018 1:03 pm Subject: complaint about bill To: Cc: Hi, I am almost one year old customer. Last month i changed post paid plan and got informed that i will be charged 199 rs but i got extra 99 rs charged which i was not informed also for two days late taking 100 rs from me. And when i am insisting customer care to reduce amount that are rude and telling me we will give you monthly one gb data only for 199 rs. Other provides are giving daily 1 gb and you the worst service provider just taking money from old customers and giving 1 gb monthly This is worst service provider and i am gonna post call recording on facebook, twiiter and youtube. Reduce my bill by 99 + 100 late payment fees else i will discontinue our service and suggest my all friend circle not to take worst service provider aka vodafone. Disappointed cusomter...
