Vodafone India — complaint about service

The following complaint i've posted in fb on 16th nov and untill unless some fake information like ppl working as well as they tried to call me but not reached so see how strong ur betwork is. As i've already puzzled with ur ground staff as well as cs team hope some responsible ppl going to talk back

I'm a very old customer of yours since 2011 (Using corporate plan tied up jubilant food works ltd) and during these days the kind of service you are providing it seems that customers are not required to you. Adding a new customers is not a rocket since but keeping the satisfy with commitment you did is real business trick bossbut i think your whole management don't believe on that policy as reasons are various which i personally faced.
During porting about a year back wirhout even login you puzzled me more than 2 months fake reasong up your senior lavel. For reference you can check my tweet details...

About last 3 month back i've complain for network 2 times they have closed my tickets without even verifying, onece they said due to durgapuja ppl are on leave so will help later and now from last 1 and half month they called me 2-3 times that engiare going to visit my place but no one yet came...

Today i've call on 199 talked with shamim regards billing issue like this...
Last months on 25th sept i've changed my monthly plan (Red for busainess_349) and executive informed that rs 50 bill discount usually i used to get they are not going to for that month as plan is getting change on the middle of the month and i was ok with that. Now this month you have made my bill with the rental of rs.399/- now the answer which i got from your executive shamim like he tried to manipulating me with his silly knowledge in the various way like..
1. Its a company policy that i will be charge rs 399 per month
2. Due to 1 gb data per day i have been getting rs 50 i'll be charge extra per month
3. Due to plan change again this month i've charged rs 50 extra.
Now while i asked him to transfer my call to his boss he said boss is not on the table and not announced name of boss is beyond company policy
Also he said me believe him that someone would call me back in next 1 hr but not ready provide complain id as assurity
Finally kept the receiver away aviode taking me. Now its an already passed ayaw no one call. For justification you can take out may call record ([protected])

My question is why to ran away from customers, its just training issue and my experience of whole i'm sure your whole management use to follow the same path as experience i have been getting in my tenure.
Stop manipulating customers and thinking yourself a only claver jackal.
