Vodafone India — complaint about wrong recharge package | |||
Dear sir/ma'am, I am a prepaid user of vodafone india. As i was recently out of balance, i received several sms regarding vodafone prepaid recharge. One of them read "56 gb internet + unlimited call from vodafone. Recharge with rs 352 to get unlimited call + 1gb/day 4g/3g for 56 days. Daily 250 min, weekly 1000 min cap." so today i went on to make an online recharge for the same at www.vodafone.in for my mobile number [protected] which comes in ncr. First when i entered the amount rs 352 in the prepaid option it changed by default to rs. 365 which i proceded to pay for. When i got the confirmation regarding the same it said "your 3072 mb data pack is valid till 16/11/2017". Now when i went for a full talktime why am i made to pay for a data pack? Please i want my money back. This is the second time vodafone has done this. Earlier they made me pay rs.499 in the month of may when too they gave me not talktime but data pack. I even tried to deactivate the data pack hoping to get a refund. Kindly help with the issue and make them refund the entire amount to my balance.
