Vodafone India — Complaint against customer care executive | |||||
Hello Team, My Phone Number is [protected]. I would like to inform you that I called the customer care executive on 199 at 2.04 pm IST on 13th Nov 2015. The executive who received the call was rude during the call. He was putting the call on long hold without informing me. Also he hanged up the call without proper resolution and without any information. I called back the customer care at 2.16 pm IST on 13th Nov 2015. Then I spoke to executive Bhagirath. He refused to take the complain against the customer care executive and said without name he cannot take down the complaint. I requested him to transfer the call to supervisor. Then he transferred the call and I spoke to Nadar, a senior executive. Even Nadar refused to take down the complaint against the customer care executive who disconnected my call and who was rude to me. I hereby request you to please log a complaint against the executive who received my call at 2.04 pm IST on 13th Nov 2015. Also I request you to provide proper information the supervisors that they are allowed to take complaints against there executive. As per them it is against the Company Policy. Finally I would like to say, do not spoil the reputation of Vodafone by giving such a horrible customer care experience. We have a lot of trust and faith on Vodafone network. Do not simply let it go.
