Vodafone India — Complaint against my Bill & customer care executives | |||
Dear Team, I am a Vodafone Network user. My # is [protected]. This is in regards to a complaint that i have to lodge against two of your customer care executives. One Executive's name is Ms. Madhuri Chaturbhiy Jadhav and the other lady's name i do not remember. My worst experience ever with Vodafone & this is for the 2nd time that its happening with me. Being a customer i expect that your so called customer care executives helps us with a valuable solution, but no it seems to be a myth. It happened twice that i asked them to connect me to one of their senior and both the females had kept me on hold and hence the call got disconnected. My query was, why is my bill reflecting CUG charges, when i have already deactivated the same.Kindly refer to the screenshot that is enclosed clearly mentions that my service is already deactivated. With my first call the lady says that yes it is deactivated and in the 2nd call the other lady says that it is still active. My question to you is why is your customer not getting a clear picture? Is this the reason as to why we are using Vodafone being a loyal customer. The entire loyalty has to come through the customers only? Why do you think a customer should pay extra money for the service which he/she had not even used! This is with regret that i have to say that among so many network providers, i chose Vodafone.I am no longer interested to use the Vodafone Services. Hence would appreciate if you could look into my query and solve the issue at the earliest so that i can switch to some other network with the help of MNP. Awaiting your reply.
