[Resolved] Vodafone India — complaint against vodafone service centre | |||
Dear sir/ madam, i am a vodafone customer with number [protected].Actually i want to change my vodafone plan from post paid to prepaid.For that i submitted NON OBJECTION CERTIFICATE on 16TH JULY 2017 in CITY CENTRE, DURGAPUR, NEAR JUNCTION MAAL, WEST BENGAL Vodafone service centre.But my request is not yet solved as they are being careless and not looking after my request.Till today i visited that service centre for 10 times.their treatment against customer also is not good in manner. I am requesting you to please consider my complaint and take proper action against that vodafone service centre and make my request be solved. thank you Was this information helpful? | |||
