[Resolved] Vodafone India — Complaint against wrong charges being levied | |||
Hi! This is Rini Roy, user of phone no. [protected] (issued on the name of Prathmesh Rane). I have been a customer of Vodafone since last 3 years almost but I am sorry to inform you that i am highly disappointed with the wrong charges being levied on me for the bill period 25 May 2014 to 24 June 2014. On enquiring with the customer care executive and a senior associate (Vicky) from the team i came to know that I have been levied an extra charge of Rs.1050 which is the capping amount for 2GB data as according to them i have exceeded the 2 GB data and used around 95 MB more (this is as per system record). But i myself checked the data used on 24th june at around 19:30 hours just to ensure i still have enough extra data left for use within the bill cycle and i got the information tht i used only 1995 MB which is lesser than 2 GB also. After that time (from 19:30 hrs to 23:59 hrs) i hardly used mobile internet as i also have a broadband connection at my home, so its not possible that I used extra 95 MB within 4 and half hours for which i have been charged extra Rs.1050. My concern is why am i being levied the extra charges of capping amount Rs 1050 though i didnot use that much data..I am sure about it totally.
