Dear Sir / Madam,
This is bring to your notice that from last 4 to 5 months we are facing following problems:-
Network problem
Income calls Voice is breaking
Outgoing calls Voice is breaking
Outgoing call drops
On a daily basis we are facing said problems because of the same my phone bills is also increased tremendously. I have 2 Vodafone connection s( Prepaid – [protected] & Post paid [protected])
I have registered Network issue complained on 19th March 2015 at thane Vodafone center at Naupada & I have recoreceived call from vodaphone stating that “ YOUR ISSUE WILL BE RESOVED BEFORE 27TH MARCH 2015” but till date my issue is not resolved.
Many times I have informed thane Vodafone center at Naupada regarding the same but no proper response received.I will request you to resolve my network problem before 1st April 2015 otherwise I will switch from Vodaphone to Idea.
Note :- I am staying on rental basis at C-802, Yash Anand Soc, Hari Nivas, Near Gajanana Wadapav, Thane (W). My friends staying in same building having Vodaphone connection facing same problems.
