Vodafone India — Complaint regarding excessive bill amount against post paid ph no [protected] | |||
1) excess and abnormal bill amount i. e rs. 2149.95 in current bill where as i have used in rental plan –atp-399 but wrongly showing rental s 1874.7 and please note that i have no used any data connection, used 2 nos. sms and used 1135 minutes. 2) complaint was lodged on 04/7/16, 05/07/16, 06/07/26 3) please note these abnormal bill will not be paid by me as because i have no used any data pack, sms used 2 no's. and voice call used only. 4) on the other hand, if i have activated any data pack, then that used by me. i have not smart phone. i am not using any computer access & internet connection. 5) not confirm who was inform for activation the pack, sent me proper documentation. your people have done wrongly. it is one kind of theft. so inquire the matter properly 6) it have been made by any vodafone retailer to get excess money as because i am not able to open vodafone apps, i haven't any computer or laptop, i have not used any smart phone. further request to make inquiry properly.
