Vodafone India — Complaint regarding network not resolved | |||||
Dear sir/ madam, I raised a complaint regarding the network issue on 14th march 2016, I explained the problem that I am facing, they promised me that the issue will be rectified with in 19th march 2016. They even said that the service person will give a call back and check the status. Till date the problem is not rectified. They are saying the problem is rectified. Non of the executive has called back asked about the feed back. but they are closing the issues without getting the feed back. Its almost 2 weeks passed still the problem is not rectified. I am not able to get single call when I am at home. To get the single I need the go to the second floor terrace and search for the signal. Please suggest me in case of emergency how can i reach others or others can reach me????? Please help people like me who are suffering from such issues.
