I (RALI SUDHEER KUMAR) MOBILE NO:[protected] HAVE SUBMITTED FORMS FOR CONVERSION FROM PREPAID TO SBI POSTPAID PLAN IN VODAFONE OFFICE, VISAKHAPATNAM JAIL ROAD BRANCH ON FRIDAY TO Mr. VARMA (VOADAFONE CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE). HE HAS TAKEN ALL THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS AND TOLD ME IT WILL BE ACTIVATED WITHIN 2 HOURS. BUT CONVERSION HAS NOT DONE. NEXT DAY I WENT TO YOUR OFFICE AND ENQUIRED Mr.VARMA. HE APOLOGIED FOR THE INCONVENIENCE AND GIVEN HIS NUMBER [protected] TO CALL HIM. STILL NOW MY CONVERSION HAS NOT DONE AND THE NUMBER HE HAS GIVEN IS INVALID (PLEASE CHECK THE NUMBER YOU HAVE DAILED). DO THE NEEDFUL THING AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. ACTUALLY I HAVE CONVERTED FROM TATADOCOMO TO VODAFONE RECENTLY. SO THAT I GET A BETTER SERVICE Was this information helpful? | |||
