[Resolved] Vodafone India — convert from post paid to pre paid | |||
I, CHANDER PARKASH KATHURIA, Resident in Delhi. My Post paid Number is [protected]. I want to change from Post paid Connection to Pre paid connection. I have faced very heavy wrongly charges problem in last two bills. First Bill is Rs 1500/- and 2nd Bill is Rs. 1056/-. I do the compaint in Vodafone Centre but no reply of my complaint. There is no reply from the Vodafone then I do the payment of Rs 1500/- of my first bill through on-line. But now 2nd time again wrongly charges include in my bill. I write a complaint letter to Vodafone Centre but no reply from Vodafone Zone. So I discontinue from Post paid connection. Please request that you convert from Post paid to Pre paid connection of my mobile no [protected].
