Vodafone India — created a false outstanding bill of 569.11 rs | |||
Sir, I had a plan of 300 rs per month plan in vodafone postpaid and i decided to switch to jio network my data pack 100 % usage was done in 27/03/2018 and they placed a charge of 176.39 on 26/3/18 and 322.56 on 27/3/18 and no intimation of such charges were given me on either by email or by sms and now they have discarded my services by using law and mentally harassing by such act as i am not able to cope up with my work. im from gujarat state city rajkot, last 20 day in cant make incoming call and outgoing call, my newtork signle is fine internet also fine,
but whats the problem in it. my no is [protected] prepaid sim.
pls solve this is issue other wise i will change my all 10 vodafone mobile no to another service provider
