Vodafone India — cross connection | |||
To whomsoever it may concern, I am having cross connection issue. The number i called got connected to someone else also the text message i dropped was received by the other person. This is happening every time i try to connect to the person. This is disgusting as unintended person is getting my number. Hope you solve the issue asap. Thanks and regards. I found rs.10 balance deducted from.vodafobe phone prepaid balance. on calling customer care, they told the refund is not possible unless notified within 24. Hrs of deduction.How can I know if the balance got deducted unless there is a notification. This is not the first time. this has happened many times.
