Vodafone India — CUG plan Change Without Intimation & added internet charges with named capping Limit

Hi,
MY CUG plan changed without prior intimation and Internet capping limit being levised on the same number, due to which the bill has increased immensly.And even after speaking to Customer care and Writing emails there has been no response for the issue from Vodafone officials.
This is really service, affecting the brand Name by poor work.
