I would like bring to your notice that the Customer Care no. 111 (or any other customer care nos. like 116, 198 etc) is not transferring my call to customer care executive (CCE) . Instead, whenever I call to 111 and try to direct the voice machine to customer care executive as per the instructions, I am not getting any option to talk to CCE. My Vodafone number is: [protected]. I am a vodafore customer from last 5 years they closed one of my number becoz i didnt used that 2-3 months i was not in india and when i came back they issued the sim to other customer without any prior notice. after that i buy a new sim and whenever i call customer care there is no option to talk to an executive. i send the request for portability they are not doing anything.

Again make a call to customer care and clear all the thing, but simply they people said, " we are not send the message, if you want to complaint on me, make a process".Last Saturday night 8pm - 9 Pm this problem, it hurts alot, i need feedback, why this irresponsible feedback from their end.
