Vodafone India — customer care reps unprofessional rude behavior | |||||
I am highly disappointed to report that customer care rep in vodafone center noida sec 18, are highly unprofessional and indifferent to customers need. I visited the centre week before to request for sim upgrade to 4g. I was told since mumbai number it will take couple of days to get new sim from mumbai. I am visiting here again today and first the customer care rep named praveen told me come on monday. When questioned then he said sim is not in without asking my number or checking anything. On further argument he sent me to another rep named deepa who was on personal conversation over mobile. After waiting for few minutes she asked me what, who sent you, what is his name. When i explained, she said please go back to pravenn and ask him to check. I felt like football, kicked by player aimlessly. Vodafone is a international company and with such a competitive environment few # like this, are daunting vodafones reputation and sending existing and potential new customers to other service providers.
