[Resolved] Vodafone India — customer service and behaviour of representive | |||
I have been using my vodafone no ([protected]) almost four years.. but two days back I lost my mobile along with my sim card .. I block my no date day and when I ask for a duplicate sim on same no then customer care executive (by phone) told me that i have to pay 25 rs for new sim, I visited Mahipalpur(New Delhi) Vodafone customer care center and submitted my all documents at customer care desk. but the boy who was on that desk, he told me that I have to pay 125 Rs for my sim .. I ask the reason for extra 100rs then he did not pay any attention and neither tell me anything.. his behaviour was totally pathetic ...he doesnot know his duty on service desk. his way of talking on such a big telecome sector is totally disappointment .. same reason i keep in front of manager. instead of helping me, i was asked to come tomorrow and then tey will see what to do for me.. such a big big company like Vodafone thses kind of service and employees behaviour is totally pathetic ...and in future i never use vodafone service ... regards pranjal...
