Hi, I have been using vodafone services since past 8 years in mumbai circle. Recently, I got re located to chennai. Here the customer support executives are reluctant to communicate in any language other than tamil. How is one supposed to make use of VAS. Please, I urge you to take this matter as priority since, every non tamilian person is suffering. Why people in Tamil Nadu are so adamant. Was this information helpful? | |||||
