[Resolved] Vodafone India — Data card cancellation request | |||||
I had made cancellation request after making postpaid vodafone data card payment in month of april, 2017. Still they are generating bill since april and not taken my cancellation request. They keep saying their own procedure. This is really ridiculous. I again made payment of 1000 rs. And they are saying it will get reflected in 2 hrs. And cancellation will be done. Still i cant understand their process Was this information helpful? | |||||
Aug 2, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Vodafone customer support had called me and apologized for inconvenience caused. They agreed to wave off Rs. 500 from my Vodafone monthly bill.
