Vodafone India — Data Charges. | |||
I have received my recent Invoice where I have been charged Rs.1021.47. As per the invoice, my data usage is 1.11GB and I have been additionally charged Rs.429.70 for over usage of 110MB. I mentioned in my previous Emails to Vodafone and have spoken to the Contact Center also where I have informed I have not received the Vodafone Usage Alerts cause of which I was not intimated that the Data of my Plan is consumed. I only received the alert for the 80% usage on my allowance. As I did not receive the alert for the 100% usage and the Overage Alert, I was not intimated that my allowance which was exceeded. If I was intimated through the alert, I would have added a data pack which I have also done in the past few months regularly to avoid the data overage and the charges. In this instance, where I was not intimated about the usage, I am not willing to pay the overage charges as I was not informed in any notification method about the data that was used. To Reply to this: Vodafone says that the capping limit of my Data Plan is Rs750 and any charges above that is Valid but, they are not willing to understand that Vodafone did not notify this Customer about his data usage on the account. I have also attached a screen shot of the reply sent by Vodafone where the reply sent by them is not related to my issue at all, nither its is helpful. I have also contacted the Customer Care and they have denied helping me and they have told me to Email corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com.au. It is very inconvinient to always email and above that no satisfactory responce. Was this information helpful? | |||

Its just so not convient to wait for them to reply each time...
They are still unable to understand my concern which makes this the HOPELESS CUSTOMER SERVICESS.
