I recharged with Rs345 Unlimited calling and 1Gb data per day plan on11th MARCH, 2017,
Despite activated internet pack my balance was deducted for internet usage around 12 am.
I called to the customer care on 198 and he told me that it takes around 10 minutes at midnight to renew the 1Gb daily data plan so my balance was deducted. He then told me about a service in which there will be no charging from the main balance if there is no internet pack. I told him to activate this service.
After cutting the call I received a message that my Data has been deactivated on my request. I did not tell him to deactivate my internet for which I had recharged.
Then again I called on 198 and registered a complaint against the misinformation provided to me about that service. I had not been informed that in this service the data pack is deactivated.
And this offer is available only till 15th March.
and still I have not received any call from them.
I want them to renew my internet or refund my money.
