Vodafone India — De-activation without intimation & further Port change rejection | |||||
This is regarding the very pathetic service from Vodafone for me on below points & getting into for consumer forrum complain for action & harassment from Vodafone - 1. De-activation for pending payments for 1-2 months, 3 times deactivation done without intimation to customer/me though ready to pay the penalty for delay in payments. 2. Rude behavior by Vodafone gallery in-charge-Ms. Anita at Kalyan-West(Maharashtra) towards the activation & further payment settlement. 3. Change from corp. plan to personalized now but not able chage the port on various reasons for next 03 month. 4. Its shame on Vodafone for very poor response to customer & further harassment on various part of payment/switch over to other vendor & rude behavior at Customer care center. 5. connected with vodafone since last 02 year with Corporate plan, still not able to switch over to other on account of various reasons.
