[Resolved] Vodafone India — Deactivated my international roaming five days still not resolved | |||
I have activated international roaming . i reached US on sunday i am able to call and my sim card is activated.but suddenly monday my phone got death. i called customer care for serval time but still they not resolved my issue . every time i called they told many reson . i already paid my bill and exces limit amount too. For this reson i am suffering lot i am not able to access my mail and all bank account. I lost business bez of this issue and now i am in hope less . kindly help me to resole this issue. Customer care executive supervisor (ramesh) make me wait for half an hour in line but he disconnected my call with out answer. Not give proper explanation Was this information helpful? | |||
