Vodafone India — Deactivation of my postpaid account is pending since october 2016 | |||||
Mobile no. : [protected] Account id: 34110921 Received a call in january to pay rs. 2000 to close the account. Amount paid. Transaction id: hic25061198 Every day i get 2 calls from vodafone employees to settle the bill. So far, i have not received a single itemized bill. I am not using the sim at all. Vodafone is refusing to close the account and still demanding payment. They keep saying we have not closed your account so i need to keep paying. Was this information helpful? | |||||
