Vodafone India — debiting rs.9999/- from my a/c without my knowledge | |||
Sir, in continuation of my earlier complaint today 28th march, 2020, regarding delete the your ring-tone message meant for defaulter. As i am a regularly paying my bill (Post) well in advance, but i am getting call from your side regyularly when i open my mobile. (See my earlier complaint in details). Today somebody from ur called me and harassing continuously for 3 hrs - asking my bank details, card no., pin no. Etc., even using team-weiver with my mobile, - just for rs.1/- which is to be deposited to vodafone, for removing ring-tone (By mistake it was activated from ur side). Suddenly, i got message from bank that rs.9999/- is deducted by vodafone from my a/c and then again rs.25, 000/- for further transaction. When bank adviced me, before trasaction, not to give otp to anyone and hold it. However, rs.9999/- has already been deducted. Now ur officer ask me again for otp to refund me rs.10000/-, which was deducted by mistake from ur side. When i refused, he used a very slant language which i cannot spell. When i asked why he said this language, he said my officer has told not me. I request you kindly to take action against the officer who used this language and refund me rs.9999/- at the earliest. I also want to know who has authorised you to deduct rs.9999/- from my a/c. Is this a result being a faithfull customer? Was this information helpful? | |||
