Vodafone India — Deduct balance without using data | |||||
I am using vodafone prepaid connection. Its number is +91 [protected] After one month of service I am getting pop up on display like "Session cost:0.04INR, Consumed volume 0.000MB". I got this pop up almost 15-20 times and every time it cost me 0.04INR. As per pop up they tried to mention they my 0.04 INR deduct because of data usage of 0.000MB. I am not using any data of vodafone as my wifi is connected on my mobile. I always OFF my mobile DATA. Even my DATA is showing OFF when I get this pop up and wifi is connected. Means vodafone charges me even I am using my wifi? For that I have called on customer care. The lady who received my call did not give me solution and without having my permission she disconnect my call. So again I called on customer care and they were trying to convience me that I have used mobile data. They told me that we have record that you have used mobile DATA. I told them that I have a screen shot of this pop up when my wifi is connected. So she confused and transfer my call to some another person. When i asked him same question he told me that this is postpaid department and you need to call on prepaid department. Anyway I want my money back which Vodafone has deducted from my balance without any data usage. I request you to take some strict action against this Vodafone INDIA and help me to get refund my money. Note : I have attached screenshot for your reference.
