Vodafone India — Deduction of balance for calls not called by me | |||
There has been substantial deduction of balance from my account twice in month of Feb’16 & Mar’16 on recharge of Rs 50.When i enquired at Vodafone care i was informed that there is no VAS Service activated in my number and the deduction is due to many number of calls dialed from my number at different times of the day. For instance on 13th march 2016 I recharged Rs 55 consisting of talk time Rs 50.From 13th march till today only few call for few mins has been made by me.But my balance today shows zero.When i further enquired at Vodafone care i was informed that calls were made from my number during 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm on[protected].But it is very surprising that on[protected] my first call was made only on 18:37 pm.How could that be possible?? Your are requested to immediately kindly look in this matter & refund me the deducted balance which has been deducted twice recharge of Rs 55 in the month of Feb'16 & Mar'16. for further inf pls talk to me at [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
