Vodafone India — Deduction of Balance without any reason | |||||
A balance amount of Rs. 15 has been deducted on my number [protected] saying that a Glam Zone pack has been activated when in fact I have activated DND on my phone and I have entertained no such request. This is the second time this month that my balance was deducted. Last time it was Rs. 75. This is getting very annoying. I am being cheated of my money every time by Vodafone without a reason. I am having the same issue. Glamshot service was activated without my knowledge. So please refund 30 rupees to my mobile number [protected]. Or else I will change the network
