Vodafone India — Deduction of data not used | |||
I am a prepaid customer. No. [protected]. I am now in USA. I am not using any data packs. Typical message is "Session date:[protected], Session cost:5, 50INR Consumed volume:0.000MB, " THIS IS ILLEGAL AND UNETHICAL. Please do the needful." I have not received a resolution to the problem though I have raised a number of times with Vodafone.. Please let me know what I should do to stop this unlawful deduction from my account.
