[Resolved]  Vodafone India — Deduction of Rs.99/- 3 times for the same game in the same billing cycle

I am using a HSBC CUG connection, phone number [protected] from your company since a long time and have been mostly satisfied with the service. I am not an avid user of the mobile phone and have been getting a bill of around Rs. 200/- each month, even with the data plan. However, I was surprised to see my bill for an amount in excess of Rs. 500/- for the month of August 2014. I called up the customer service department and I found that I had been charged for a game download 3 times. Moreover, I had been charged for some SMS related to the game downloads as well. I would like to inform you that a couple of months back my son, who is just 5 years old, had accidentally purchased the same game and as that WAS a mistake from my end I paid the bill without any issues. However, I fail to understand if I have already bought a game and paid for it once, how can I be charged 3 more time for the same. Also, there was a '[protected]@Rs. 99' button when the game had not been bought and which had disappeared after my son bought it the fist time. Please remove the charges of Rs. 297/- and taxes plus the charges for the SMS so that I may continue to enjoy your company's services.
