My account [protected] was deducted rs 100 without my permission, any approval. This is first time i had noticed that such a deduction has been made for some subscription. This is a serious lapse, cheating to customers. O
The incident was noticed when recharged my phone account with rs. 255/ and noticed that the company deducted rs. 100/ for some subscription.
On calling the company call center, i was told that i had opted for some subscription on 22 oct 18 and so they deducted the amount. When i asked for the details and verification that i had opted for somethg like this, they had no reply, and i was told that they will discontinue the subscription in question but will not reimburse the money.
This is the first time i noticed this, it may be happening to others also without their permission.
