[Resolved] Vodafone India — Delay in postpaid connection. | |||
I was using the Vodafone prepaid connection having number [protected]. I changed it to postpaid and submitted all the documents at Vodafone office Margao on 12/08/15. But till now my outgoing calls are Barred. If asked to customer care they gives the reason of negative verification. But after visiting Vodafone office four times each time they told me verification is already completed and number will be activated within one hour. But till today (20days since purchasing postpaid sim) services not being activated. I have visited local Vodafone office four times but each time they are not resolving my problem. My details: Name. After complaining five times at last I logged complaint against Vodafone on consumer complaint forum. I had purchased postpaid connection on 8th august. But my connection got activated on 25th august as soon as I logged complaint on this website on 23rd august Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
