[Resolved] Vodafone India — Delayed refund process | |||
I have shifted form post paid connection to prepaid in December and was told that the security deposit will be refunded in terms of a cheque to my billing address. But nothing was posted and I have yet to receive the cheque. I have contacted vodafone many times and all the times the employees of vodafone contradict each other.
