Vodafone India — Disconnecting Service Despite Payment

Complaint No:[protected] Mob: [protected] 1. I am in Suadi Arabia, there is no signal on the sim. 2. I have done all the settings suggested by customer care over the chat option, not showing anything. 3. When calling from another number, it says "THIS NUMBER IS TEMPORARY OUT OF SERVICE". Although all the bills and dues are cleared from my side. 4. Same is the case with my alternative number: +91 [protected]. 5. Complaint registered on 18th January, but no one has tried to reach so far. Although given time frame of 72 hours will expire on 21st Jan, 2017. 6. No revert received to resolve the issue.
