My mobile number was disconnected (both incoming & outgoing) even when payments are late by just two days.
The billing amount was way below the credit limit. bill was just around rs. 1500 while my credit limit is rs. 3500.
I had already deposited the cheque, however there was a delay of clearence from from your end.
All my past payments have been in time, and this time your company has disconnted the number with the mere delay from your end.
It's very frustating to me as the number is used by my sister & i am unable to contact her.
The customer call center guy mr. adesh sharma from mp, cg customer helpline, even refused to register a complaint.
