Vodafone India — Disproportionate postpaid bill and worst customer service | |||
Myself is Naveenkumar, Last month I converted my vodafone prepaid number [protected] to postpaid number. Even though I got the sim on September 12th only because of some technical problem I got the network from 23rd only. But when i got the bill for the September to my surprise I was charged from 16th September itself during which time I have not used the sim. I have already faced lot of inconvenience for sim activation and CUG activation for my number. Please take action on Vodafone company. Also the customer representatives are very arrogant. Right from sim activation to the activation of promised services I have faced lot of trouble. Was this information helpful? | |||
